Description: I am seeking information relating to the highway gully located outside my property, which has been the subject of repeated flooding incidents and the following council case references: • CAS-95819 (26 May 2021) • CAS-382029 (5 August 2023) • CAS-723373 (13 May 2026) • CAS-729339 (28 May 2026) • CAS-742651 (26 June 2026) Please provide the following information for the period from 1 January 2021 to the present: 1. All inspection records relating to the gully and associated drainage infrastructure. 2. All maintenance, cleansing, jetting, repair, or remedial work undertaken. 3. Dates on which the gully was scheduled for routine cleaning or inspection. 4. Records of actions taken in response to the case references listed above. 5. Copies of any engineer notes, work orders, or contractor reports connected with these incidents. 6. The current maintenance policy and inspection frequency for highway gullies on my road. 7. The number of complaints or reports received from any residents concerning flooding or blocked drainage at this location during the same period.
