Description: am requesting all information held by Wakefield Council relating to any site visits, inspections, assessments, or investigations concerning this public footpath, forming part of the route between Old Thorpe Audlin and Upton, for the period 1 January 2022 to the present. Please provide: 1. All inspection records, including dates and times of any officer visits. 2. Names or job titles of attending officers. 3. Any photographs taken during any visit. 4. Any site notes, assessments, or reports created. 5. Any internal case notes relating to inspections or site visits. 6. Any correspondence with the landowner relating to the condition or obstruction of the footpath. 7. Any correspondence with the Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman relating to whether a site visit had taken place. 8. Any documents, emails, or internal communications used to support the statement provided to the Ombudsman that officers have visited the site.
