Description: If possible I would like to make a freedom of information request for information about a WMDC group that I have noticed appearing. About 5 weeks ago I read a story about a group that had been created in Featherstone called “PRIDE IN PLACE”. The group had been formed to spend the new government regeneration money. A few weeks later more videos appeared and a WMDC badge. Please can you explain what this group is? Is it a community group, a WMDC council group or other? Does this group have a constitution and bank account? Was the membership of this group advertised to the public and how was it picked? Who will decide where the money will be spent? Is there a protocol for this group? Who at WMDC was responsible for forming this group?
