Description: I am writing to formally request information regarding the inspection, maintenance, and safety management of the trees located at Northfield primary school . As you will be aware, under UK law and established principles of occupiers’ liability and negligence, there is a duty of care to ensure that trees on land you own or manage are maintained in a safe condition and do not pose a foreseeable risk to persons or property. In this context, I request that you provide the following: - Details of the most recent tree inspections carried out at this location, including dates and findings - Copies of any relevant tree risk assessments - The current tree maintenance policy and/or schedule to this site - Records of any maintenance, pruning, or safety works undertaken within the past 5 years - Confirmation of the inspection frequency and whether assessments are conducted by a qualified arborist
