Description: 1) Detail of the professional documented standards applied by an inspector during a footpath inspection which determine a footpath is defective and is in need of remedial works. Frequency of Footpath inspections and if this frequency variable if the surface being inspected could be effected by natural features such as tree roots. Financial cost to the rate payers of the complete removal of the existing footpath and it’s replacement between 50 and 52 Austin Road, Airedale, Castleford in 2025 (possibly works order number 6514-004) Motivation / reason for the complete replacement of this significant amount of Footpath and the standards applied from question 1) that justified the works.
