Description: “Please could you share the number of safeguarding notifications/referrals made to your organisation involving the activities/after-school club providers for the last six years broken down: 1. Yearly and by age of the child involved (so 0-5, 5-8, 8-15 and 15+) 2. Yearly and nature of safeguarding concern, i.e. the reason for referral 3. And finally a total for the last six years, broken down by age of children and nature of safeguarding concern (for example, total number of notifications of incidents involving physical abuse within the 5-8 age group).
