Description: Can I have the following.llease Any copies of any documents reports or commissions that were done or asked for in the last 8 years that were to value the Lightwaves complex its grounds and building. Can I also know who the site was going to be sold to. The reason it wasnt to be sold at commercial value and minutes of the meetings that agreed to this. Any conflicts of interests declared from any council memebers in relation to the firm due to buy or aquire it. The copies of the adverts or opportunities that were advertised to buy the site and the names of sites and publications they were on and dates they were advertised for (start amd end date)
