I am writing on behalf of Openreach Limited to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. To the extent that any part of this request relates to a measure or activity affecting the environment, including works to or on land, please treat that part as a request under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and apply the correct regime accordingly. This request concerns fencing or boundary works carried out at or immediately adjacent to 12 Northfield Road, Sharlston Common, Wakefield WF4 1AG (the "Property") on or around 8 October 2024. To assist you, please treat the relevant period as 1 August 2024 to 31 October 2024 unless a wider period is needed to capture the works described. I would be grateful if you would provide the information set out in the table below. A response column is included for your convenience so that you may reply against each item. No. Information requested 1 Whether the Council owns, manages or is the landlord of the Property. 2 Whether the Council, any of its departments, or any of its housing or repairs functions, arranged, instructed or carried out fencing or boundary works at or adjacent to the Property during the relevant period. 3 Whether any contractor was engaged by the Council to carry out fencing or boundary works at or adjacent to the Property during the relevant period. 4 The identity (business name and contact details) of any contractor engaged by the Council in respect of those works. 5 Copies of any work order, job reference, purchase order, instruction or specification issued by the Council in respect of those works. 6 Whether those works were funded, in whole or in part, through any grant, scheme or budget administered by the Council and if so which. 7 The date or dates on which those works were carried out. 8 Whether any utility or underground plant enquiry or search was made by or on behalf of the Council before those works, and copies of any such enquiry or its result. 9 Copies of any risk assessment, method statement or site record held by the Council in respect of those works. 10 Copies of any record held by the Council of damage caused to third-party apparatus, or of any complaint or report of such damage, in connection with those works.
