Description: Can I have copies the reports from the last 8 years that in anyway contribute calculate or influence or show the value of the Ridings site. I will accept any names or personal details redacted, but would need to see names of firms commissioned by Wakefield Council to do this task including subcontractors. To clarify its any and all reports comissions or paperwork that were used in the last 8 year to value the Ridings to which the purchase price was decided including original prices and any subsequent revaluation with the circumstances to which they justified change of cost, including building assements or repair costs estimated.
