Description: Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like the following information about adult mental health care in residential homes, nursing homes and supported living. Please answer in the attached Excel spreadsheet and return it with your reply. All questions relate to adults aged 18 to 64 funded by the Local Authority in long-term residential care, nursing care or supported living. Please include placements funded under Section 117 aftercare as well as those under the Care Act 2014, including where these are jointly funded with the ICB.
