Description: Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I request disclosure of the following: • A copy of any agreement, side letter, memorandum of understanding, or other documentation exchanged between Wakefield MDC and The Land Trust relating to the management, maintenance, or funding of the sporting facilities at Monckton Playing Fields. • Any documentation setting out The Land Trust’s responsibilities for the maintenance of the sporting facilities created as part of the reclamation project. • Any correspondence, reports, or internal papers held by Wakefield MDC relating to the intended transfer of £140,000 to The Land Trust, including any breakdown of how this sum was to be applied. • Any documents describing the expectation that the sports area would be managed as one, including any commitments made by The Land Trust.
