Before you start your request
You will need to tell us:
- What your request is regarding (Emergency road closure, Road closure request, or a street works enquiry)
- The exact location of your request
- Any additional details related to your request
We will send you a form to complete and return to us. In an emergency please call 0345 8 506 506. Customer services are open 24 hours a day.

Request a road closure
If you wish to request a road closure, please fill in our online form, after which you will receive an application number. If you provide us with an email address an automated acknowledgment of your request will be sent to you.
