All Aspire facilities are now open to members and non-members – booking is essential [by phone or online] to ensure our Covid secure systems and capacity caps are in place and working effectively. Aspire @ Normanton has an open plan layout including specialised zones covering Cardiovascular, Functional Training and Group Exercise.
Cardiovascular equipment includes Treadmills, Skillmills, Concept Rowers, Upright Bikes, and SkiErgs.
Our functional training rigs provide a dynamic workout space for individuals, groups and class use, incorporating squat racks and integrated lifting platforms.
