It is very important to regard this spell in quarantine as an opportunity rather than a jail sentence. With restrictions in place on why and how often you can leave the house, many normal exercise sources aren't currently available.

MYZONE are offering live twice daily bodyweight workouts

Myzone Master Trainers will be providing bodyweight workouts at 9:30am and 1pm daily on their Facebook and Instagram Live with the associated color zones enabling your members to maintain their exercise routine.

Working From Home

Set up your workspace 

Find an area in your home that's conducive to working, whether it's a desk or the couch. Just make sure it allows you to stay focused.

Stick to your routine 

Wake up early, take a shower, have breakfast or a cup of coffee. This helps prepare your mind and body for a productive day of working.

Have a to do list 

Before you start, list down your priorities for the day. Set pockets of time to complete your tasks and make sure you stick to your schedule.


Check-in with your boss and colleagues from time to time. Update them on your schedule and deliverables, especially if there are any changes.
