Hiring event space

Following the Government's roadmap and the easing of restrictions, new guideline measures now allow for spaces applications to go ahead therefore we are able to start accepting applications.

Please note you will be required to submit the following:

  • Application form
  • Public liability Insurance Certificate
  • COVID Risk Assessment
  • Copies of any printed materials
  • Photo of setup including dimensions

Please note that depending on the activities you have planned you may also be required to apply to the Safety Advisory Group (if this is the case you will be advised of this once your application has been received)
