There is still time to apply for Wakefield Council's latest apprenticeships ahead of Sunday's deadline (2 April).
Wakefield Council is currently recruiting apprentices to more than 30 posts in a variety of roles across the organisation. These include trainee accountant, administration, health and safety, horticulture, road worker, path maintenance and construction, revenues and benefits, youth justice, and customer services. The start date will be Monday 3 July 2017.

A group of current Wakefield Council apprentices have helped produce two short videos offering application and interview tips to people interested in our latest vacancies.
The videos aim to help candidates complete the apprenticeship application form, and offers useful advice to those who make it through to the interview stage.
Wakefield Council's apprenticeship scheme is nationally recognised, and there are numerous benefits including a weekly rate of pay at £143.59 in the first year, higher in the second year, generous holiday entitlement, eligibility to join the pension scheme, reduced travel passes and a great opportunity to develop a career.
