We offer over 250 fitness classes a week at our seven facilities. These include dry and wet side classes.

Cardio / tone

A dual-effect class giving you the benefits of increasing your fitness whilst burning calories, toning and defining lean muscles. Classes include both dry side and pool based sessions.
