How to create an RBdigital account
All you need to use this service is a computer with broadband access and your Wakefield library card.
Simply go to the
RBdigital website. You will need to enter your library card number and make sure you fill in all the boxes. You will be asked to create a username and password which you will use to login in the future. Once you have created your account, you will just need your username and password for each visit after that.
It is best to install Media Manager when you create your account, although it is still possible to download the software without it. You can change this option at any time by going to 'My Account' and then 'Preferences'.
Getting help and support
There is plenty of help available within the site, just click on the Help tab at the top. Use the FAQs first to see if your problem is covered there.
If you have technical questions, please contact the UK based support by email at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that this service is offered for home users. Customers should not download the software onto library computers.
e-Books may be downloaded onto e-Reader devices running Adobe Digital Editions. Our e-Books are not currently compatible with the Amazon Kindle, however, they are compatible with the Amazon Kindle Fire (HD) through the android app available in the Amazon App store.
We also have
e-Magazines available to download - have a look at the selection.
