Mayor's events and requests for attendance
The Mayor supports a wide variety of events such as visits to schools, 100th birthdays, local coffee mornings and the opening of new business premises.
Requests for the Mayor’s attendance should be submitted at least 10 days prior to the event.
Requests can be made by using
this form, in writing, by telephone or by email (see 'Contact Us' details). As well as your name, please include contact details such as postal address, email address, telephone number or fax number.
When submitting your invitation please include as much information as possible about your event, along with the date and times at which you wish the Mayor to arrive/leave.
