Cabinet meetings are held every month and are attended by the portfolio holders for our services as follows:

The meeting is also attended by our Chief Executive, Merran McRae and chaired by the Leader of the Council, Councillor Denise Jeffery.
The Cabinet is responsible for taking most of the day-to-day decisions of the council. The majority of Cabinet meetings take place at County Hall in Wakefield and are open to the public. However, to make it easier for people from across the district to attend, Cabinet meetings will be going on tour around the district.
