The car park is manned 24/7 with attendants being available in the Customer Services Office or via the help buttons on all entry/exit and pay stations.

All rail users must press for rail and display the permit ticket issued in the windscreen and park on levels 1 – 4 in the bays marked with a green band in front of them.
- Monday to Friday - £7.00 per day
- Saturday and Sunday - £5.00 per day
- Weekly (7 consecutive days) - £28.00
- Long Weekend – only available from the Rail Travel Centre (Westgate Station) prior to the rail journey
Private spaces
216 private spaces available
Residential and retail permit users only – all users must park on levels 4 and 5 in the bays with a black band in front of them and display a permit issued by the authorised distributor
Short stay places
331 short stay spaces available.
- 60p per hour up to a maximum of 5 hours in a 24 hour period
Pay stations are available on levels 1, 2, 3 and 5.
Press for the short stay and park in the bays with a red band in front of them on levels 5 and 6
