Car Parking in Pontefract

There are over 800 off-street and over 175 on-street car parking spaces in or around Pontefract Town Centre operated by Wakefield Council, where a 'pay and display' system is in use from Monday to Saturday from 8am to 6pm (unless otherwise stated).

All Wakefield Council operated car parks (except Friarwood) are covered by CCTV, and have achieved the 'Secured Car Parks' status.

Parking is free on Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays.
