Online Payments

Excess Charge Notices and Fixed Penalty Fines can be paid online using the pay online service operated by Capita - Go to the secure online payments site

The Capita online payment service website is secure and enables you to pay your fine by using any debit card or some credit cards. The service is free of charge and is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Please allow up to FOUR days for the payment to be received by Wakefield Council

Automated Telephone Payments (ATP)

By telephoning the 24 hour ATP line on 0845 603 1539 and following the instructions given. Please have your Excess Charge Notice (ECN) number and your credit/debit card ready.

By post or in person

Payment can be made by post or in person at the following Payment Office (please make cheque or postal order payments payable to WMDC and quote the Excess Charge Notice (ECN) number on the reverse).  Do not post cash.
