Need to get in touch with the Council but don’t know where to start? You can use the 'Contact the Council' link in the 'Contact Us' menu to see details of all the Council’s major contact points and different ways of contacting us.

Most Council teams also have a ‘Contact Us’ form available, this gives you the specific team’s contact details and usually a quick form that you can fill in there and then to send them your query or comment. You will see ‘Contact Us’ pages throughout the site.

Please note: You will not find email addresses for individual members of staff on this site. The contact email addresses on here are for the council's contact centre or for service teams and the mailboxes for these can be accessed by more than one person. This means your enquiry will be dealt with more quickly and should not be held up if an individual is on leave, off sick, on a training course or in a meeting.
