The Inspector held an exploratory meeting with the Council on Thursday 20th March 2008. This was a public meeting which primarily involved a discussion between the Inspector and the Council about matters upon which she required early clarification.

A note of the meeting has been agreed with those who participated and includes the post submission changes suggested by the Council following the exploratory meeting. This can be viewed under related downloads and there is also a copy available in the examination library.
