Wakefield Council produces an Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) of its Local Development Framework (LDF) which assesses:

• progress in preparing Local Development Documents compared with the milestones set out in the approved Local Development Scheme, and what changes to the scheme may be needed; and
• the extent to which policies and related targets in Local Development Documents are achieving their intended purposes and where policies may need to be reviewed.

AMRs are published in December each year and report on the previous financial year.  The reports address a number of Indicators, which together will show whether LDF policies are working as intended.
