Set D - Climate change sensitivity maps

Three sets of maps have been produced in support of the Environment Agency's latest Flood Maps, Set C, Set D and Sets E-F.

These maps should be considered as a complementary suite of broad scale flood risk information sources in support of the Environment Agency Flood Zone Maps and no one map should be considered in isolation without reference to the others. See 'Downloads', please note some maps are very large file sizes.

All maps show flood extents and flood water depths, which are colour coded to represent various depth ranges.

Climate sensitivity maps show actual fluvial flood extent and depths from Main Rivers and extent and depths variations, for an undefended floodplain with a 1% (1:100yr) flood flow plus a 20% increase in volume of flood flows. This allows for the effects of climate change over the next 100 years.

Each map sheet shows three different sub-maps in boxes, each with their own particular characteristics.
