Eric Hill, UCMED’s investment manager, is currently managing the introduction of shop front grants within the Wakefield District. The grants are intended to help improve shop fronts in key locations and applicants are required to meet certain criteria which include good design, type of business and its location. UCMED has received a considerable number of enquiries that are currently being assessed.
