An out of hours (5.00 pm — 08.30 am) service is available to meet immediate needs of specialised departments who operate emergency services such as Accident and Emergency, Mental Health, Maternity services.

This service can only be accessed through Social Care Direct.

They will need to know your name, which organisation you are ringing from, the language you require and the time and location of the appointment.
