How to book an interpreter or arrange for a document translating.

Booking Interpreters

Male and female interpreters living locally or outside the Wakefield District are available to suit all your requirements.

When requesting an interpreter we will need to know the following information:

  • Language
  • Location
  • Time
  • Contact details
  • Invoicing address

Some languages we are able to arrange within 24 hours notice, others we will require at least three days notice.

We will always confirm the booking and inform you of the interpreters name.

Translation

Translations will normally be provided in a Portable Document Format (pdf) unless otherwise requested.

No job is too large or small.

If you need a document translating we will need to know:

  • Required language
  • Timescale
  • Format
  • Your name and invoicing address

Long or complex documents can take time to translate so please allow sufficient time.

We can also arrange for documents to be translated into Braille or put onto audio cassette/CD.

Charges for translation depend on length, style and language needed for the document.

We are always happy to offer advice or qoutes for which ever service you require.

We are happy to accept bookings by telephone, fax, email or online. Please see the 'Contact Language Services' link.
