Social Care Direct is a team of social workers who are your first point of contact if you or someone you know need social care services in the Wakefield District.

If you are worried or concerned about the safety or wellbeing of a child, vulnerable adult or older person please contact Social Care Direct. They will deal with your concerns and can offer advice and support on what to do.

You do not have to give your name you can make an anonymous referral.
