West Yorkshire Passenger Transport Authority (WYPTA) is a public body comprising 22 members from the 5 District Councils of 

• Bradford,
• Calderdale,
• Kirklees,
• Leeds
• Wakefield. 

WYPTA is charged with meeting the public transport needs of the people who live and work in West Yorkshire.
