Children's Complaints

This information tells you how to get help or how to make a complaint

A complaint is when

  • There are things going on you are not happy with
  • You feel you are being treated unfairly
  • There are things you want to sort out

What can you do if you have a worry or complaint about Family Services

People do not always know you are worried or unhappy about something unless you tell them.  Sometimes it is hard to tell people you live with that you are unhappy or that you do not like something that they do.
