Connexions is a support service for young people that provides advice, guidance, support and personal development services for all 13-19 year olds.

Connexions' Partnerships bring together all the services that help young people and give young people access to a Personal Adviser.

In 2008 Connexions will become part of Wakefield Council.

To get ready for this a plan has been put together on how we are going to do this. This plan is called a transition plan and you can find a copy of this under  'Downloads'.
