Children with Complex Care Needs

A range of services is available for children with disabilities and their families or carers. Services can be arranged once a social worker has assessed your child's needs. Your needs as a carer can also be assessed.

The nature of the help arranged will depend upon the needs identified in the assessment but can include:-

  • advice and counselling
  • home based support
  • short breaks
  • help with equipment and adaptations

We will work closely with health services and schools.
