Supporting People Strategy 2005-2010
The five year supporting people strategy is a policy document that aims to make a real difference to the quality of life for vulnerable people living in the Wakefield district.
The strategy describes the many changes, developments and improvements we want to make over the next five years so we can deliver better housing related support services to Wakefield residents.
Service users and their carers, commissioners and providers have been involved in the development of this strategy.
