Televisions & Computer Monitors
- Please take them to any Household Waste Recycling Centre or arrange for a Bulky Household Waste Collection.
- Take special care when disposing of televisions and computer monitors.
Textiles & Fabric
- Reuse – donate good quality textiles and fabrics to charity.
- Reuse - save material to reuse at home
- Recycle – place unwanted fabric in a textile-recycling bank at any Household Waste Recycling Centre or Mini Recycling Centre.
Toilet Rolls
- Reduce - buy recycled toilet paper where possible.
- Recycle – place cardboard centres from toilet rolls in the paper recycling bin or taken to any Household Waste Recycling Centre or Mini Recycling Centre.
- Compost - tear up cardboard centres and put them in your composter.
Toys and Games
- Reuse – charity shops, community groups, children’s homes and playgroups are always keen to receive toys and games.
Tools i.e. Gardening, DIY tools
- Repair – where possible try to repair them.
- Reuse – take to a charity shop
- Recycle – take them to a Household Waste Recycling Centre
Tyres
- Recycle – take tyres to any Household Waste Recycling Centre.
- Do not Place unwanted tyres in your household waste bin.
