• Phone the Customer Service Centre on 0845 8 506 506 - 24-hours 7 days a week
• Report noise nuisance online using the Noise Reporting Form
• Alternatively you can email us on ep@wakefield.gov.uk

Our Communities Team Environmental Health Officers operate a call-out service which can be requested by calling the Customer Service Centre. The Team will respond to ongoing noise incidents such as, music, parties, house alarms, barking dogs etc.

• Duty Officer: Operational Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 5pm
• Night-time Noise Team: Operational Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights between 8pm and 2am 

If the problem occurs at times outside those indicated you can also log these incidents with our Customer Service Centre who will pass on the details to us.

From our experience people are often unaware that they are causing a noise problem and you should consider approaching your neighbours before contacting the Team.   Please see ‘Downloads’ for advice on approaching your neighbour.
