On behalf of our residents we’ve asked the Government to reconsider its decision to reduce the winter fuel allowance and to take action to reduce the rise in energy costs.

To help, we’ve got a team in place to provide energy efficiency advice to help you manage your energy bills throughout the year.

Home Energy Team  

Our Home Energy Team (HET) offers a one-stop shop for helping you save energy in the home and reduce your fuel bills. The teams offer impartial advice, information and assistance. There is something available to everyone:

• Insulation
• Heating systems
• Appliances
• Lighting
• Buying fuel
• Claiming grants and discounts
• Domestic renewable energy

The team also take the lead on local affordable warmth policy and strategy, working in partnership with other organisations and agencies to tackle fuel poverty.
