Freezing rain is expected this morning around 11.00am. If there is freezing rain then it is likely that there will be some black ice on untreated roads.

It is expected that the rain will turn to snow around 3pm.

Please be careful if you are driving on untreated roads, reduce your speed, and keep a safe distance between you and other vehicles.

There is already grit on the main routes, but the gritters will go out again if necessary.
