Health Assessments

One way of finding out if you are in good health or if factors in your current lifestyle are affecting your health is to have a Health Assessment.

An assessment comprises of a series of simple questions. Some of the following tests may also be measured as part of an overall assessment:

Blood Pressure, Resting Heart Rate, Lung Function, Muscular Strength, Body Composition, Flexibility, Lifestyle Review, Coronary Risk etc.

Whether you consider yourself healthy, unhealthy, fit or unfit, an assessment will provide you with up to date information about your current lifestyle and overall health.

These can be delivered to groups, at events or on a 1 to 1 basis where an individual report can be produced via the Fitech Software Programme.
