Sports Development
The club should have a Sports Development Plan (SDP)
The Sports Deveopment Plan should include aims of increasing representation amongst target groups within the club
Junior Clubs should aim to increase membership
Links should be made to community groups/schools
The club should be working towards meeting National Governing Body accreditation standards (if a National Governing Body scheme exists)
Exit routes should be in place for progression of members
