Team Building
Outdoor management training or team building days can be arranged to suit a group or company needs. Real practical problems can be set up which will require teamwork, communication, organisation and other such skills. The exercises can be linked to a review session to enhance the learning procedure.
Additional courses
Watersports courses can be organised on request from individuals or groups (e.g. youth groups, school groups, ethnic minorities, women's and disabled groups). These courses can be organised at times to suit the individual or group needs.
Alternatively private instruction is available for individuals or groups. This can be for instruction or for qualification assessments. Instructor hire for a one & 1/2 hour session costs £41.00. The cost of the hire equipment or launch fee of private equipment will also be due.
In all cases Pugneys Country Park will adhere to the following instructor - student ratios
Max Numbers:
- 1 Instructor - 8 kayaks
- 1 Instructor - 6 canoes
- 1 instructor - 6 windsurfers
- 1 instructor - 3 in multi handed dinghies
- 1 instructor - 6 in single handed dinghies
Advice is available for participants of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme.
