Opening times for the visitor centre
April 1st - October 31st: 11.00am - 4.00pm
- November 1st - March 31st: 10.30am - 3.30pm
- Open Tuesday to Sunday. Closed Monday - except Bank Holidays
All facilities within the park are pushchair and wheelchair friendly.

The disabled toilet is being upgraded during November and December 2010. Alternative facilities are available, please ask the visitors centre for more information. We apologise for any disruption this may cause you during this time.

Facilities include free car parking with disabled bays, a visitor centre with Interpretative Officers who will provide information on local and national countryside and conservation issues, a cafe and toilets.
In the centre learn about the pioneering conservation work of Charles Waterton and its influence on today’s naturalists. There is a “Kiddies’ Corner” with puzzles, games and craft activities.
Electric mobility scooters are available on loan, free of charge.
