Parks and Open Spaces Survey
What do you think about parks and green spaces in the Wakefield District? The Council has signed up to a national research programme into public satisfaction with their local parks and open spaces.
We would like to hear your views about your local park, village green, sports field or any other open space that you use, or about green space provision in general.
Now you can tell us online by filling in a GreenSTAT questionnaire, by visiting GreenSTAT website (see 'Related Links'.)
The Council wants to provide parks and open spaces that meet the needs of local people. The questionnaire replies will tell us what people think of their local green space, how they use it, and what are the best improvements to make.
GreenSTAT is not only being used by Wakefield Council, it gives people all across the country the chance to comment on their local parks and green spaces, and allows parks in Wakefield to be compared with others nationally.
Just log on to the GreenSTAT website:-
- select Yorkshire and Humber region,
- select the County of West Yorkshire,
- select Wakefield MDC then you are ready to go.
The questionnaire can be filled in anonymously if you wish.
