Residents of The Manse Residential Home in Knottingley worked with a local textile artist to create work inspired by their memories of home life as children and adults.
With ideas from objects from homes of the 1900s, residents created hangings using batik and screen-printing techniques. These hangings were displayed alongside the objects in the library and are now on permanent display in the residential home.
