You can book and pay for a stall at any of the above markets online:
You will be required to provide the following documents in support of your application:
- Public Liability Insurance certificate with a minimum cover of £5 million
- Proof of address – utility bill or bank statement
- Proof of ID – passport or driving licence
- Food hygiene / food safety certificate - food traders only
These documents should be scanned in and submitted with your application.
