We are offering FREE computer courses at libraries throughout the district.Online basics

Online basics is a great way for you to get started online, helping you to gain the skills and confidence you need to start using computers and the internet.

  • Whether you’re looking to search for a new job online or simply save time, money and hassle by using the internet to order your weekly shopping or pay your bills – Online basics can help you get the skills you need.  

Find a local centre

To register just pop into any library in the Wakefield District and fill in a registration form or call 01977 727651 for more details.

Alternatively you can visit http://learn.go-on.co.uk/online-basics to find a centre near you. If you need help with the postcode search, ask a friend or a family member to help you find a local centre where staff can help you get started.
