Overdues and reservations - changes to notification process

We are now sending all overdue and reservation notices by email.

If you do not have an email address we can notify you by text to either a mobile phone or a landline.

You can update your personal details via Libraries Online Virtual Library please ensure that your email and/or telephone numbers are correct.

If you do not supply either an email address or a mobile/landline telephone number please be aware that you will no longer receive overdue/reservations notices but will remain liable for all fines.
