Requests and inter-library loans

If you are looking for something that isn’t in your local library our request service will try to find it for you.

If we have items already in stock within any of our libraries these can be reserved free of charge and we will send it to a local library of your choice to collect.

If we do not have the requested item in our stock we will consider buying it or we may be able to borrow it on your behalf from another library in the U.K. for an additional £3.00 charge (Refundable).

Reserve online

You can also reserve an item in stock via the web using the online catalogue. You need to be a library member and have your borrower number (found on your ticket) and PIN. If you don't have your PIN please visit any library and ask for one.
